Catalan squirrelmail.po completely rewritten

Hello,

I've made a complete Catalan translation of the squirrelmail.po file for 
1.4.21 because the current one was completely out of date.

I see that the file 'sec_remove_ca_ES.png' is missing in the current SM 
version, (perhaps because the string in the .po file was also missing). 
Now it is there, so should I expect to see it in the next SM version or 
do I have to provide it myself?
