Translations 1.4.21

Hi everyone,

the up-to-date version of Squirrelmail is 1.4.21 according to the official
download-page: http://squirrelmail.org/download.php

The locale "bundle" offered on that very page on the other hand is for
version 1.4.18, and the link to "translations packed per language" does not
seem to offer more recent versions either.

Is that correct or am I missing something?

P.S. It would be nice to have an (obvious) place for more recent
     translations. I don't think that there really needs to be an up-to-date
     "everything" download, but it would be good if people could start
     working on and/or download the translations they need.
