Thank you so much.  Although it was out of date, I still want to check
in with the translation maintainers (cc'd on this message) to get
their opinion.  Albert, Josep, Marc, what do you say?

Also, thank you for changing it to UTF, but we'll also need to change
the plugin translation files in the repository to UTF if we add your
translation.
