Hungarian help files and translation update

Dear squirrelmail developers,

A few months ago I sent the updated hungarian squirrelmail translation to
this list. This update inlcudes the translated help files for the first
time. Since I got no reply, I'm sending it again and asking you to include
it in the new localization release.
