This bug occurs when I ...
  ... try to do/view/use .... the bounce plugin



The description of the bug:
the bounce option does not show

I can reproduce the bug by:
opening any message

(Optional) I got bored and found the bug occurs in:
the configuration of bounce or SQM? from the config test:
 WARNING: The plugin bounce is supposed to be registered on the
read_body_menu_top hook, but it is not. You need to re-run the
configuration utility and re-save your configuration file
