Hi Mike,
Dumb questions, but:
1)Can you browse any other pages being served on //localhost/?
2)Have you looked at permissions in that/those folders
2a) Is that a standard CGI path for Apache2? (I forget)
3) Can you hit the page using //"domainname"/cgi-bin/sqwebmail ?
4) have you searched the archives?
