premature end of script headers

Hi all

Running sqwebmail 0.37.3-2.3 on Debian, Apache.  

Since yesterday, when trying to log on to SqWebMail, I get 500 Internal
server error.  The Apache error.log file shows: Premature end of script
headers: usr/lib/cgi-bin/sqwebmail

Restarting qmail, restarting apache, restarting sqwebmail has not helped.

Any ideas where to look for the fault?
