Change the regkey, here mine :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sylpheed\
HomeDir	REG_SZ	P:\MAIL\SYAFRIL\sylpheed
InstalledDir	REG_SZ	G:\PROGRAM\Sylpheed-Claws

I am using Opera or Mozilla here, I think call command merely same :
"g:\program\mozilla.org\mozilla\mozilla.exe" "%s"
When invoke the browser, I select the URI then right mouse click.
