An inline view like the unix dillo patch is not possible, because plugins (GtkPlug/GtkSocket) are not implemented in Gtk-1.3/Win32. You might ask at the GimpWin mailinglist if this will ever be implemented. It should be possible with an action to extract/decode the mime parts of the mail and open the page in a webbrowser, though I currently have no idea what tools are around for that purpose.
