Thorsten, sorry not report earlier, my Sylpheed W32 has been many time
crash when I open Tiff image either using IrfanView or Kodak Image
Preview (built in tiff viewer on windows), but I didn't find any pattern
yet because the crashed happened intermittent.

After you fixed the library, I haven't get crash again when open Tiff
Viewer (myoffice using FAXserver, so I regularly receive fax image
document as attachment of mail). Only sometimes when I open many Mozilla
windows in taskbar and at the same time open tiff document I get crash,
but not always :-(
When I can find the culprit of my crash, I will inform to this list.
