Visualizing IMAP subfolders

Hi All, Can anyone tell me how to visualize subfolders on a main IMAP inbox folder? I can connect to the IMAP server, Then I can see what's in the INBOX folder. But I can't see any subfolders, nor can I find a way to subscribe to them. Any clue will be much appreciated!!
