So there is only a problem with kodakprv.exe, other applications work?

No: The bug was, that a double click did not open the attachment at all.
The open-with dialog does not yet contain the values from mailcap.win32,
it only offers the windows default, but indeed it seems better to have
the mailcap entry there as well. Will be included in the next build.
