Some bugs/feature request

- Shortcut Key saving on "Configuration"->"Change current account" menu doesn't work. When i restart sylpheed it loses all shortcuts.

- Feature: column editor for folder-tree view. I would like to hide the "new" and "unread" columns.

- Feature: it could be useful (to me at least) to automatically execute processing rules of changed folder after mail download. I use a lot of filtering rules, so i put only main ones on "Configuration"->"Filtering" and i splitted the others as processing rules of folders. This way messages go to the right folder only when i enter on the folder they are in.

- I know this is not a sylpheed bug but a problem with gtk, but i hope someone here has a solution: sometimes windows contents mess up, usually when i edit a message. If i select a lot of text then delete it window contens doesn't refresh and i must switch to another window then return there to see the right output. Is there a setting i could try to avoid this?
