Moving from one system to another

Due to recent experiences with a new faulty computer, I've had to move 
my Sylpheed-Claws setup from one machine to another, and back again (and 
will eventually move over yet again).  I can move the MH folders 
themselves, but what about accounts and filters?  Can someone tell me 
what files I have to move to get that?  If I just move the entire 
contents of the .sylpheed directory, will that do it?
