For travel users, x-uidl more preferable because we can manage/mark
which messages already fetch from office then while at home/travel we
don't need to redownload those messages (even using other computer or
mailer as far as support x-uidl). 
The downside is only a few POPServer supported this feature (QPOP is the
one).

When you select Trash Folder. 
Folder Processing only active when you select the respective folder (see
other thread, author Eric).
