Unfortunately, I think most POP users don't get to choose what server
their mail is on. I've fount the X-POP-UIDL and X-POP-Server works
very reliably. I usually sync. up before I travel, so I don't have
lots of old messages lying around on the system. I could always copy
my *.uidl files to a laptop for travel purposes.

So just clicking on Trash will run the process? I assume this will
mark the messages for deleting from the server, and they will actually
get deleted next time I connect to retrieve mail. Is that right?

I have two showstoppers that are preventing me from using
Sylpheed-Claws full-time right now:

1) I can't find settings that will let me send outgoing mail through
my ISP's SSL-protected SMTP server. It's ATTBI, in case anyone's
   familiar with that.

2) This isn't really a complete showstopper, but it's close: On one
of my systems, the filters don't work. They *do* work to color
messages, but they don't move messages. I type Ctrl-Shift-I to
fetch new mail, and then SC re-scans all my folders, but all the
   messages end up on inbox.

I have SC set up on another Windows system, and the filters work
   just fine there.

Thanks for all your help, past, present and future!
