Dear Win32 users,

Sylpheed-Claws currently undergoes some major restructuring
regarding send/receive functions and is currently *highly*
experimental. Some other functionalities are removed as well
and will be reimplemented later.
Because of this, I am currently not making new builds available
as it would cause too many problems and list traffic.

Please have some patience until the new versions have
stabilized some more.
