Sorry, I have made mistake comment ( I run sylpheed W32 only
while in office).
The correct one (after checking here) is :
?p\mozilla.org\Mozilla\mozilla.exe -remote openURL "%s"

That way, we don't need to run Mozilla first to call Mozilla from
sylpheed.
