New VirCheck plugin and Sylpheed build available

* VirCheck plugin is available for testing at
  http://claws-w32.sourceforge.net/sylpheed/claws/unstable/vircheck-1.0.zip
  Notes:
  - Read the vircheck.txt inside the archive.
  - If you know working commandline scanners, please report the command
    here so they can be included in vircheck.txt .
  - Only checked with 0.8.11claws102, possibly it runs with earlier
    versions as well.

* New (experimental) 0.8.11claws102-3 build available

  Notes:
  - Opens attachments in <HomeDir>\TempExec: This directory can be included
    for realtime scanning without interfering Sylpheed.
  - When upgrading from the release, updated DLL packs are needed
