Problems fetching messages with new unstable build

Sometimes new build doesn't fetch messages from server.
It does this only on some POP servers (other accounts i have works well). 

This is a log of a CORRECT session (old stable build):

I use a proxy with that account (POPFile) but it doesn't seems this is the problem.
