Query relating to forwarding

Is it possible to have forward do it's thing including all headers? (ie
for Spamcop / Lart purposes)?

If not, is scripting possible? At present I'd like to do something
like the following:

Start with Spam as active message.

<Ctrl-U>
<Ctrl-A>
<Ctrl-C>
<Alt-F4>
<Ctrl-M>
_s<tab><enter>
<tab><tab>
<space><tab>
<ctrl-enter>

Possible?
