SC 0.8.11claws queries

Hello!

I am a new user having setup my system on Win2K Pro SP3 only a few days
ago.

I notice when windows open, they all start up offset a bit off the right
of the screen. How can I fix this?

I have scroll set to smooth 1 pixel and that works great paging using
the spacebar. When I use the mouse wheel, it does a page at a time. I
want about three lines / wheel movement. Possible?

When replying, I always want it to quote the original message
automatically. Possible?

With newsgroups, I want it to automatically download bodies, not just
headers. Possible?

A lot of the ini files use linux style linebreaks. If I reformat them to
make them readable / useable, will I break anything?
