Not necessary. Although I can't imagine that a reference to
"c:\openssl" could be more problematic than the old one using
"/usr/local/ssl", I can't currently tell if this will fix
any problems or even add functionality. I'll need some time
to check the OpenSSL sources to give some facts instead of
assumptions.
