gtk themes

Greetings to all,
I'm a damned newbie about Claws... newbie about the open-source world, then not accostumeted with the configuration files... you know, in Windows you click and click and click and, it's magic!, the program goes (maybe...). Now I'm exploring Sylpheed-claws...(excellent indeed)...and so I run into the gtk themes...good...but... how I can adjust my file in order to run the gtk themes in sylpheed?
