None that I know of.
Although non-SSL IMAP should work now, you can still test using SSL
(if the server supports it).
I also remembered some strange behaviour when acessing messages,
where one of the ancestor folders has been marked for deletion
(but was not deleted yet).
But the logs should help.

By scrolling or resizing, the text will be redrawn correctly. That log is
also available in .sylpheed\sylpheed.log in Sylpheeds HomeDir.

You can download the debug version (dont forget the dll pack), which will
print more info to the console, e.g. the filenames and directories.
Be careful when sending (please only excerpts) debug logs, they may
contain your PASSWORDS in plaintext.

You can assign a shortcut to 'reformat paragraph' (highlite the menu
entry and press the key combination) to redraw the editor window.
