I don't see a way for that either - the uidl info is discarded
after message retrieval.

Second UIDL entry is receive time, used to
- remove messages after N days (according to account settings)
- distinguish fetched and unfetched messages

The inc script is run in addition to the other checks, not
as a replacement.

I just tried a small script, works without problems.
Syntax was: perl c:/script/testinc.pl
(make sure you call perl explicitely and not only the script).
