Any chance you could post some notes on how you got SpamAssassin working on Windows?  (If you have already, I have not yet found them.)  I'd love to get this going.

With bogofilter, I was able to download and build a Cygwin version.  However, there may be issues in calling the Cygwin version from Sylpheed-Claws.  I tried setting up a filter:

  execute "c:\cygwin\usr\local\bin\bogofilter < %F" Move "#mh\Mail\spam"

as suggested in the article on the OReilly site*, but I keep getting

  System could not find specified file.
