It is in Common Preferences and both notification and sounds are
unchecked. From an exchange with one of the "independent advisors" on MS
Answers, there's a way to change notifications in Win 11 for each
app. However, the list most people are seeing in settings is not
showing up here. I'll have to contact MS directly to find out why.
