It looks like this issue appears when you switch back and forth between the versions with the automatic update feature. We suggest you uninstall all versions of The Bat! via the Control Panel and delete "The Bat!" folder under C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\...\ and under C:\Program Files\...\. Just make sure your mail data folder is stored elsewhere on the disk. Then install the latest beta.
