Ok I will do this on weekend and will tell you have or not again this error. But I not switch back between TB!, on other side I do have installed Voyager on my PC. Is Voyager "near" can be a problem with that error? 

Nevermind - Why you are not include into help -> about menu some text with CEF version that TB! use it now and what is actual in a brackets () ? 
It will be better to understand that CEF problems.
