OK, for some reason this part doesn't reproduce with this message – what usually happens is that a bullet point gets duplicated, and there's no way to remove the duplicate bullet point (same thing happens with ordered lists; maybe it only happens when the original message was written in Outlook).
 
Also, The Bat still produces an invalid To header, which causes the mailing list server to reject the message:
