Duplicated Folders

Hello...

I've been using "The Bat!" for several years and haven't encountered a
problem.

I started it up today and found 2 sets of identical folders -- one set
is shown to be "under" an account, and the other set is not associated
with any account.

Are these "other" folders "Common Folders" and, if so, how do I get
rid of them from the display screen?
