It's most likely that they're ghost folders, deleting probably will
cause the account folders to be deleted as well. When you don't use any
real common folders I'd suggest that you close TB and move the file
account.flb from your mail directory. (Don't delete it before you're
sure it helps and doesn't cause irrevocable damage.)
Start TB again.
