Message has lines too long for transport errors

I forward some mails with a filter, to a GMAIL account to read on my phone. I get dozens of errors saying the "Message has lines too long for transport".
 
My ISP Zen Internet here in the UK say it's my e-mail client at fault. I have set line length to 65 characters but still these errors arrive. Can anyone say what the problem is please, I copy / paste an example message with full headers below, The Bat! and OS are in my sig, thanks.
