Per-Message Zoom Setting?

I have a customer that seems to love using 8pt fonts, while most of my mail uses at least 11/12pts. Unfortunately, I cannot find a setting that allows me to zoom/magnify the text in the tiny font messages without making the normal message text HUGE. This is VERY ANNOYING. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to zoom a single message, without affecting every message I've received for the past 22 years.
