The Bat! and VPN...

Hello Bats,

I have found some older mails on the subject, but none of these have helped to solve the problem:
 
wether I use NordVPN or Malwarebytes, it is not possible to receive/send mail through The Bat! (while it is possible in other programs).
 
Switching to US IP's doesn't help (and is not wanted).
 
So what can be done?
