Any advice for a smooth upgrade from TB 10 to the last TB 11 beta?

I'm upgrading from TB 10.5.0.5 to the current beta, using
https://www.ritlabs.com/download/files3/the_bat/beta/v11/nau_thebat_64_11-4-0-5.msi

Is there anything particular that I should do, or know, not to mess up my
accounts and my configuration?
