We recently restarted work on our maia repository and have had some encouraging deployments. While we originally targeted Centos 7, we've since gotten it working on centos 8, and also also tested on Debian 10 and Ubuntu 18.04. As of today, my own prod mailguard servers are running on Debian 10 and Centos 8. All in all, the Debian 10 deployment has been the least troublesome.
