Re: Trouble ahead with php and wddx

It does seem to be the case that php-wddx is no longer needed, although I
do remember it being used at one point.

So far, I don't see any downside to removing it from the requirements.

So, I've removed it from configtest.php and fixed the installer, and maia
on fedora 32 is running well here.
