I have had a recurring issue with maiad on FreeBSD spontaneously going into a loop where it seems to have corrupted some instance of a Berkeley DB database. It requires me to log in and run db-recover to fix the problem, with the effect that I'll stop receiving mail until I do. Not sure if anyone else has seen this?
