Hello Jason,

	When you performed your upgrade, did you upgrade MySQL? This may be an
issue with the newer MySQL authentication system. Check out
https://dba.stackexchange.com/questions/209514/what-is-mysql-native-password
for more information (if this is the case.)

	You can either update your Maia DB password edit some settings to use
the native password instead. I'd recommend updating in order to
future-proof.
