That is correct that there are no messages stored under the 'robert' account, however it is not possible to link to the upper-case Robert account because that account is not listed on the admin screen, only the lower-case version exists. As I mentioned, there is a mod in place that should convert ALL addresses to lowercase. This has been working for more than a decade with the existing configuration, in fact for so long that I don't even remember where this change was made at, although it must be in a config file because I have obviously gone through multiple OS upgrades since using Maia and this feature has always continued to work. And it DOES still continue to work with every other address on the server. I just sent myself a test message from an outside mailbox to ShdwDrgn@, then checked in maia and it was correctly sorted under the lowercase version of my nick. But for whatever reason, this one specific user is now getting sorted under an uppercase version of his name. So I'm guessing this may have to be solved by going directly into the database (mine is on mysql). Any suggestions on what table(s) I need to look under, and/or what queries I would need to perform to change all instances of this username to lowercase?
