Reset administrators

OK this is probably left over from my configuration problem earlier but


Only one of my admin suers log one work and with I cannot reset other admins password

With the usual BS about not being able to see what I type I can’t be sure if not is my arthritis or if I have killed a db


Should any admin be able to reset others??
