Fedora-32 Freshclam not running

HI,

I recently installed Maia on Fedora-32 and today I noticed that
clamav-freshclam wasn't started.  Specifically, I got an error in logwatch
that it didn't run!  A long time ago this used to be a cron script, but at
least in F32 (not sure when this changed) it became a SystemD service.

So installers/fedora-32.sh needs to be updated to run:

systemctl enable clamav-freshclam.service

and, arguable, to start it as well.

I'll leave it to you do decide where it should go.
