Thanks PJ - that is my approach as well.

I plan to start with a Debian 13 machine, install maia from
https://github.com/einheit/maia_mailguard_1.04a, work on it until the
install finishes successfully, then look at all the use cases I can think
of.

I'll share any progress I make.
