Thanks for bringing this to my attention. None of those patch files 
should exist anymore since they've been added to the shebangfix list. I 
removed them, but they somehow remained. So, I've removed them 
specifically again and it appears they are gone now. When/If you get the 
change, please try again and see if you run into any more issues.
