Re: .elmo/cache

From memory, cuz it has been a while since I did this; I am pretty
sure it is safe to nuke it, as it will be recreated upon a full sync.
This presumes IMAP account because I've never used Wanderlust
w/anything else, so cannot vouche for else ;D

Caveat Emptor being.... how big a hurry you are in - may want to wait
for further confirmation if not.
