If you access the app remotely, authentication is mandatory :)

Your username is the same as the OS name under which the app runs. Use 
the authentication service to setup your password:

http://127.0.0.1:10080/preferences/services/authentication/

If you already did setup a password but don't remember it, shutdown the 
app and run it with the 'reset' argument, e.g.:

java -jar -Zoe.jar reset

This will reset your current password and print out a new one to the 
terminal, e.g.:

(Info) Application.processArguments: Password for 'username' reset to: 
wxR26Zz8
