Problems with upgrading

Yesterday I tried to upgrade from 0.5.8 to 0.5.9. Following intructions
from Zoe Wiki (http://zoe.omara.ca), I copied all mails from
%OLD_ZOE%/Library/SZ/Mails/<hex> into similar place in new installation
directory (after fetching some e-mails to recreated proper directory
structure), run Zoe with 'rebuild' option (tried also 'clean') and...
what I got was that I could see on the calendar on the right side of web
interface that there are some e-mails for a give day but when clicked
upon, the page returned no records (I couldn't search for those messages
either).

What went wrong?
