Hmmm... by default, the app looks recursively under '~/Library' for any 
file ending with 'mbox'.

Couple of gotchas:

(1) to avoid never ending loops, the app will not follow links. Make 
sure that your mail boxes are effectively under ~/Library'.
(2) the mbox need to be a file. Some mailers package mail boxes as 
folder structure. Make sure that this is not the case.

Other than that, you may want to run the app in debug mode to see what 
the SZMboxImport class as to say. From the command line:

% java -jar Zoe.jar debug
